The main offices of  Q.E.D. Transcription Service, Inc. are based in Northwest Arkansas. We manage a transcription team employed directly with our company. It is our guarantee that no transcription work is sent to contracted labor or offshore services in foreign countries. Our transcriptionists are home-based employees providing 24-hour coverage.

We own and operate two facilities located in the Bentonville, Arkansas area, both networked over a direct fiber-optic network connection. Each facility location has redundant Internet sources.  Each facility location also utilizes UPS battery backup circuits as well as generator power, which can run indefinitely. This further reinforces our commitment by allowing us to conduct virtually any and all business activity from either location. All network equipment and facility infrastructure have been designed to comply with HIPAA guidelines.
